Seasonings
Salt (1/2 teaspoon), vinegar (1 tablespoon), sesame oil (2 teaspoons), black sesame seeds (1 tablespoon ≈ 10 grams)

Methods
- Prepare and wash clean the ingredients.

- Heat up half cup of water in a microwave oven;
- Crack an egg into the cup.

- Put the cup with the egg in it back to the microwave oven;
- Cook it for 50 seconds (*** important: no more than 55 seconds).

- Sauce: mix salt, vinegar, sesame oil and black sesame seeds in a bowl;
- Optional: use Hollandaise sauce instead.

- Pour the sauce in the spinach leaves;
- Mix well.

- Scoop out the egg from the cup.

- Place the poached egg on top of the spinach.

- "Leafy Vegetable Salad with Poached Egg" is ready
