eggspinach leaves (2 cups ≈ 150 grams)

Salt (1/2 teaspoon), vinegar (1 tablespoon), sesame oil (2 teaspoons), black sesame seeds (1 tablespoon ≈ 10 grams)

  • Prepare and wash clean the ingredients.

  • Heat up half cup of water in a microwave oven;
  • Crack an egg into the cup.

  • Put the cup with the egg in it back to the microwave oven;
  • Cook it for 50 seconds (*** important: no more than 55 seconds).

  • Sauce: mix salt, vinegar, sesame oil and black sesame seeds in a bowl;
  • Optional: use Hollandaise sauce instead.

  • Pour the sauce in the spinach leaves;
  • Mix well.

  • Scoop out the egg from the cup.

  • Place the poached egg on top of the spinach.
