Methods
- Have 2 eggs and 1 avocado ready;
- Peel and deseed the avocado.

- Cut the avocado into small pieces.

- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl;
- Add the salt;
- Beat the eggs.

- Add oil to the pan.

- Set the stove on medium heat;
- Add the avocado pieces to the pan;
- Cook for 3 minutes.

- Reduce the heat to low;
- Add the liquid egg to the pan.

- Keep cooking till egg liquid begins to set;
- Sprinkle some black pepper on top of it.
