- Prepare and wash clean the ingredients.

- Boil enough water in a pan;
- Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes;
- The egg can be cooked in the same water after cleaning its surface.

- Use a timer to measure up the length of time that suits your boiled eggs preferences:
- 4 minutes: for runny yolks;
- 5 minutes: for semi-firm yolks and hard whites.

- Peel and deseed the avocado.
- Slice the avocado.

- Boil enough water in a sauce pan (you can use the leftover water from boiling prawns);
- Add the broccoli and celery in the boiling water;
- Blanch them for 6-8 minutes.

- Carefully place avocado slices, halved egg, rocket, and cherry tomatoes on top of the spaghetti;
- "Spaghetti Salad with Avocado and Egg" is ready.
