Hollandaise sauce (3 tablespoons ≈ 50 grams).

Methods
- Prepare 3 tablespoons (about 50 g) of Hollandaise sauce.

- Prepare and wash clean the bunch of asparagus.

- Break the woody part end of the asparagus by a knife or hand.

- Blanch the asparagus for about 20~30 seconds.

- Take out the blanched asparagus and immediately put them in an icy bath.

- Dry the asparagus with paper towels or a clean tea towel.

- Put asparagus on a plate;
- Put Hollandaise sauce on top of the bottom part of the asparagus;
- "Blanched Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce" is ready;
