eggs, 1/2 carrot, 1 cucumber, 1/2 onion.

Methods

  • Wash clean the ingredients;
  • Peel the onion, carrot and cucumber.

  • Shredd the cucumber and carrot using a grater;
  • Slice the onion;
  • Crack and beat 3 eggs in a bowl.

  • Add oil to a preheated wok;
  • Pour the egg in;
  • Give it a few stirs.

  • Transfer the cooked eggs to a plate.

  • Add oil to the wok;
  • Add shredded vegetables;
  • Stir for 3 minutes.
