Salt (1/2 teaspoon), black pepper (1 teaspoon), chicken powder (1 teaspoon), oil (2 tablespoons).

Methods
- Wash clean the ingredients;
- Peel the onion, carrot and cucumber.

- Shredd the cucumber and carrot using a grater;
- Slice the onion;
- Crack and beat 3 eggs in a bowl.

- Add oil to a preheated wok;
- Pour the egg in;
- Give it a few stirs.

- Transfer the cooked eggs to a plate.

- Add oil to the wok;
- Add shredded vegetables;
- Stir for 3 minutes.

- Add cooked eggs back in the wok;
- Add salt, black pepper and chicken powder;
- Stir for another 1 minute.
