Methods
- Wash clean the tomatoes;
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

- Crack 4 eggs into a bowl;
- Beat the eggs thoroughly.

- Add oil to a preheated wok;
- Add liquid egg to the wok.

- Stir-fry eggs for about 1 minute.

- Add salt;
- Cook the rice until clumps of rice start to relax and grains of rice become separate.

- Add 50 ml water to the wok (optional);
- Add salt and chicken powder;
- Put the lid on the wok and cook for 2~3 minutes.
