Premade soybean paste (1 tablespoon ≈ 15 grams).

Methods
- Prepare and wash clean the broccoli and cauliflower;
- Break the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces.

- Prepare 1 block of instant noodles;
- Measure up 2 tbsp premade soybean paste.

- Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 1 minute;
- Then place them in an iced water bath or under running cold water to cool them down.

- Cook instant noodles in boiling water.

- Drain excess water from the wok;
- Add soybean paste to the noodles.

- Mix the instant noodles with the soybean paste together.

- Drain excess water from the blanched broccoli and cauliflower pieces;
- Place them on a plate.
