Main Ingredients

Instant noodles (1 blocks), grated cheese (1/2 cup ≈ 40 grams), tomato paste (1/2 cup ≈ 100 grams).

Ingredients (Optional)

1/2 cucumberham (1 slice), 1/2 onion.

Seasonings

Olive oil (1 tablespoon).

Methods

  • Prepare and clean (if applicable) the ingredients;
  • Slice the cucumber, shred the onion, and grate the cheese (if applicable);
  • Cut a slice of ham into a few pieces.

  • Bring 2 cups ( ≈ 500 milliliters) of water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat;
  • Gently drop in the block of instant noodles.

  • Use a pair of chopsticks or a fork to stir around the noodles until they become loose;
  • Use a strainer spoon to scoop out the noodles right after they become loose.
  • Note: do not overcook the noodles.

  • Place the instant noodles into a baking tray;
  • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix well.

  • Flat lay 1/2 cup of tomato paste on top of the noodles.

  • Flat lay cucumber slices, ham pieces, and shredded onion on top of the tomoto paste;
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on the top.

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C (≈ 390 °F);
  • Bake the tray for 20 minutes.
