Main Ingredients

Instant noodles (1 blocks), grated cheese (1/2 cup ≈ 40 grams), 1 egglettuce (100 grams)

Seaweed (10 grams).

Adjust the ingredient quantities to fit your needs.

Methods

  • Prepare 1 block of instant noodle and 1 egg;
  • Grate the cheese if applicable;
  • Break apart and wash clean the lettuce.

  • Boil 1.5 cups of water (≈ 350ml) in a saucepan;
  • Add the instant noodle block.
  • Note: do not use too much water, as excess water would dilute the flavor.

  • Add the instant noodle seasoning (! important);
  • Add 10 g seaweed (optional);
  • Crack an egg on top of the noodles.

  • Transfer washed lettuce (drain the excess water) to a plate.

  • Use a strainer spoon to scoop out the cooked noodles and egg, and then place them on top of the lettuce;
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the noodles.

  • Put the plate in a microwave oven;
  • Microwave on high for 20 seconds.

  • "Instant Noodle Carbonara" is ready;
  • Enjoy!
