Methods
- Wash clean the cucumbers;
- Peel the garlic cloves.

- Use the widest part of the blade to press/smash down on the cucumber, until it cracks open.

- Cut the smashed cucumbers into 3 cm (1.2 inches) long chunks.

- Transfer the cucumber pieces into a bowl;
- Add salt, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil.

- Toss all the ingredients until well mixed.

- Chop the garlic cloves into fine pieces or use a garlic presser.

- Add the garlic mash into the mix and toss it before serving;
