Main Ingredients
Chicken breast (1 piece ≈ 170 – 220g), 1 broccoli, 1 capsicum.
Ingredients (Optional)
Garlic (3 gloves), 1 spring onion.
Seasonings
Salt (1/2 teaspoon), black pepper (1/2 teaspoon), corn flour (1/8 cup ≈ 15 grams), oil (3 tablespoons).

Adjust the ingredient quantities to fit your needs.
Methods
- Slice the chicken breast;
- Mix the sliced chicken with black pepper, corn flour, and a little water;
- Set aside.

- Wash clean the broccoli;
- Break it into small parts.

- Wash clean the capsicum;
- Cut it into 3×3 cm (1×1 inch) pieces.

- Blanch broccoli for 3 minutes.

- Add 2 tbsp oil to a medium-heated wok;
- Add chicken slices;
- Stir until fully cooked;
- Set aside.

- Add 1 tbsp oil to the same pan used for cooking chicken slices;
- Add garlic, spring onions and capsicum;
- Keep stirring.

- Add cooked chicken slices and blanched broccoli;
- Give it a few quick stirs.

- Add salt;
- Keep stirring.
