Main Ingredients
Cauliflower (100 grams), green beans (100 grams).
Ingredients (Optional)
Oyster sauce (2 tablespoons), 1 red chili pepper, 1 spring onion.
Seasonings
Oil (2 tablespoons), salt (1/2 teaspoon), garlic (3 gloves).

Adjust the ingredient quantities to fit your needs.
Methods
- Prepare and wash clean the ingredients;
- Break the cauliflower into small pieces;
- Cut green beans into 5 cm (≈2 inches) long stripes.

- Cut garlics into small pieces;
- Add oil to a preheated wok;
- Add garlic mince and give it a few stirs.

- Add the cauliflower and green beans to the wok and give it a few stirs.

- When the vegetables start to change colour, add salt and the red chili pepper;
- Add 1/8 cup (≈30ml) of water;
- Cover the wok and cook for 5 minutes.

- Add oyster sauce and the spring onion;
- Keep stirring to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
