Raw noodles (200 grams), 3 spring onions.

Soy sauce (2 tablespoons), sugar (1 teaspoon).

Methods
- Wash clean the spring onions;
- Cut the spring onions into 5 cm (≈ 2 inches) long strips.

- Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce with sugar.

- Add 3 tbsp cooking oil to a pre-heated pan;
- Add spring onions and cook them over low heat.

- Continue to cook the spring onions until their color turns into brown.

- Add liquid egg to the pan;
- Keep stirring and break the egg apart.

- Boil enough water in a soucepan;
- Add raw noodles.

- Make sure the noodles are fully cooked.
