Methods
- Crack the egg into a bowl;
- Peel the banana and break it into a couple of chunks;
- Measure 15 g or 1/8 cup of flour.

- Be careful not to overmix.

- Preheat a pan over low heat;
- Grease the pan.

- Make 3-4 pancakes with 7-8 cm (≈ 3 inches) in diameter each.

- When the crust is formed on the bottom, flip them over;
- Cook anothr side till the crust is formed.
