Methods
- Have 3 eggs ready;
- Peel and devein the prawns;
- Cut the sausage, carrot and spring onion into small pieces.

- Cut the prawns into small pieces.

- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat it;
- Add salt and black pepper to the liquid egg.

- Add the prawns, sausage, carrot and scallion into the liquid egg;
- Mix well.

- Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat;
- Add the oil.

- Add half of the mixture to the pan;
- Slowly shake the pan to allow the mixture spread evenly;
- After the crust is formed on the bottom, flip the pancake over;
- Cook till the crust is formed on both sides.
