Hollandaise sauce (1/8 cup ≈ 25 g), black pepper (1 teaspoon).

Methods
- Prepare 1 slice of bread, 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 2 short-cuts of bacon;
- Wash clean the spinach.

- Crack an egg into a bowl.

- Boil enough water in a saucepan;
- Add a tablespoon light vinegar to the saucepan (optional);
- Use a ladle to swirl the boiling water.

- Carefully drop the egg into the swirling vortex of water.

- Cook the egg for 2-4 minutes depending on the level of firmness;
- Then carefully scoop out the poached egg.

- Fry the bacon in a pan.

- Blanch the spinach for 1 minute in the same boiling water used for poached egg;
- Take it out and drain the water.

- Place the cheese slice on top of the bread slice;
- Preheat the oven at 180 °C (356 F);
- Put the whole thing in the oven and bake for 3 minutes.

- Place bacon, spinach, and poached egg on top of baked toast;
- Pour some Hollandaise sauce on top of it;
- Sprinkle some black pepper on top of the sauce.

- "Eggs Benedict with Toast" is ready;
