Cooked rice (1 bowl ≈ 200 grams), 2 eggs.

Salt (1/2 teaspoon), light soy sauce (1 tablespoon), chicken powder (1 teaspoon), black pepper powder (1 teaspoon).

Methods

  • Prepare and wash clean the ingredients.

  • Cut the sausage, carrot, cucumber and spring onion into small pieces.

  • Add 3 tbsp cooking oil to a pre-heated pan.

  • Give it a few stirs.
