Cooked rice (1 bowl ≈ 200 g), mushroom (2 big ones or 4 small ones), shredded chicken (100 g).

Ingredients (Optional)

Coriander (10 g).

Seasonings

Salt (1/2 teaspoon), chicken power (1 teaspoon).

Methods

  • Prepare 1 bowl of cooked rice;
  • Shredded chicken meat (make it yourself or purchase);
  • 2 big mushrooms or 4 button mushrooms.

  • Boil cooked rice in 600ml water.

  • Add mushroom slices to the porridge.
