Cooked rice (1 bowl ≈ 200 g), mushroom (2 big ones or 4 small ones), shredded chicken (100 g).

Coriander (10 g).
Seasonings
Salt (1/2 teaspoon), chicken power (1 teaspoon).

Adjust the ingredient quantities to fit your needs.
Methods
- Prepare 1 bowl of cooked rice;
- Shredded chicken meat (make it yourself or purchase);
- 2 big mushrooms or 4 button mushrooms.

- Slice the mushrooms.

- Boil cooked rice in 600ml water.

- Cook the porridge for 5 minutes;
- Add mushroom slices to the porridge.

- Add shredded chicken to the porridge.

- Add salt and chicken powder.

- Add the coriander.
