Instant noodles (2 blocks), bok choy (1 bunch ≈ 200 grams), 1 egg.
Seasonings
Oil (2 tablespoons), salt (1/2 teaspoon) or soy sauce (1 tablespoon), tomato sauce (3 tablespoons), black pepper (1/2 teaspoon).

Adjust the ingredient quantities to fit your needs.
Methods
- Prepare and clean (if applicable) the ingredients;
- Shred the carrot and onion;
- Break apart the bok choy;
- Slice the sausage.

- Blanch the bok choy for 1 minute;
- Plunge the blanched bok choy into iced water or place them under cold running water to cool them down.

- Put instant noodle blocks in the boiling water until they become loose;
- Scoop the noodles out;
- Place the hot noodles under cold running water to cool them down.

- Add the oil to a pan;
- Crack an egg to the pan;
- Stir fry the egg until cooked.

- Add the bok choy, the shredded carrot, the shredded onion, and the sausage slices to the pan;
- Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper;
- Keep stirring.

- Add the instant noodles to the mix;
- Keep stirring.

- Optional: add the instant noodle seasoning sachets;
- Keep stirring.
