Methods

  • Have 3 eggs ready;
  • Peel and devein the prawns;
  • Cut the sausage, carrot and spring onion into small pieces.

  • Cut the prawns into small pieces.

  • Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat it;
  • Add salt and black pepper to the liquid egg.

  • Add the prawns, sausage, carrot and scallion into the liquid egg;
  • Mix well.

  • Preheat a non-stick pan over low heat;
  • Add the oil.

  • Add half of the mixture to the pan;
  • Slowly shake the pan to allow the mixture spread evenly;
  • After the crust is formed on the bottom, flip the pancake over;
  • Cook till the crust is formed on both sides.
