Main Ingredients

Instant noodles (2 blocks), 1 tomato, 1 egg, 1/2 onion, 1 sausage.

Ingredients (Optional)

Seasonings

Oil (2 tablespoons), salt (1 teaspoon), chicken powder (1 teaspoon), tomato sauce (1 tablespoon).

Adjust the ingredient quantities to fit your needs.

Methods

  • Prepare and clean (if applicable) the ingredients;
  • Cut the onion, tomato, and sausage into small cubes;
  • Chop the spring onion.

  • Cook 2 block of instant noodles in the boiling water;
  • Scoop out the noodles (without water) once they become loose;
  • Note: do not overcook the noodles (to preserve their chewiness).

  • Emerge the instant noodles in a cold water bath.

  • Add oil to a preheated pan;
  • Crack an egg to the pan;
  • Break loose the egg while stirring;
  • After cooked, take it out and set aside.

  • Add the chopped spring onion to the same pan;
  • Give it a few stirs.

  • Add sweet chili sauce to the noodle;
  • Mix well.

  • Add the sausage cubes to the pan;
  • Keep stirring.

  • Add the onion cubes to the pan;
  • Add salt and chicken powder to the mix;
  • Keep stirring.

  • Add the instant noodles to the pan;
  • Keep stirring.

  • Add the cooked egg back to the pan;
  • Keep stirring to mix all the ingredients thoroughly;
  • Take the pan off the heat.
