Methods

  • Wash clean the tomatoes;
  • Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

  • Crack 4 eggs into a bowl;
  • Beat the eggs thoroughly.

  • Add oil to a preheated wok;
  • Add liquid egg to the wok.

  • Stir-fry eggs for about 1 minute.

  • Add salt;
  • Cook the rice until clumps of rice start to relax and grains of rice become separate.

  • Add 50 ml water to the wok (optional);
  • Add salt and chicken powder;
  • Put the lid on the wok and cook for 2~3 minutes.
