Methods

  • Prepare 3 tablespoons (about 50 g) of Hollandaise sauce.

  • Prepare and wash clean the bunch of asparagus.

  • Break the woody part end of the asparagus by a knife or hand.

  • Blanch the asparagus for about 20~30 seconds.

  • Take out the blanched asparagus and immediately put them in an icy bath.

  • Dry the asparagus with paper towels or a clean tea towel.

  • Put asparagus on a plate;
  • Put Hollandaise sauce on top of the bottom part of the asparagus;
