Spaghetti (50 grams), 1 egg, 1 avocado, rocket (100 grams).

  • Prepare and wash clean the ingredients.

  • Boil enough water in a pan;
  • Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for about 8 minutes;
  • The egg can be cooked in the same water after cleaning its surface.

  • Use a timer to measure up the length of time that suits your boiled eggs preferences:
    • 4 minutes: for runny yolks;
    • 5 minutes: for semi-firm yolks and hard whites.

  • Peel and deseed the avocado.
  • Slice the avocado.

  • Boil enough water in a sauce pan (you can use the leftover water from boiling prawns);
  • Add the broccoli and celery in the boiling water;
  • Blanch them for 6-8 minutes.

  • Carefully place avocado slices, halved egg, rocket, and cherry tomatoes on top of the spaghetti;
