Methods

  • Have 2 eggs and 1 avocado ready;
  • Peel and deseed the avocado.

  • Cut the avocado into small pieces.

  • Crack 2 eggs into a bowl;
  • Add the salt;
  • Beat the eggs.

  • Add oil to the pan.

  • Set the stove on medium heat;
  • Add the avocado pieces to the pan;
  • Cook for 3 minutes.

  • Add the liquid egg to the pan.
